Architect von Hagge, Smelek and Baril is recognized in actuality to be one of the world's ten most prestigious golf-course architects, and has received worldwide acknowledgement having designed more than a thousand golf-courses, including the Doral Country Club in Florida, the Costa Resort and Spa in California and the Horai Club in Japan. Their projects stand out for their style, subtle elegance and outstanding beauty of which Anfi Tauro is a distinguished example.
Anfi Tauro 18-hole championship golf course
The championship course was designed by American architects von Hagge, Smelek and Baril, some of the best golf course designers worldwide. Rick Baril, also present at the event, quoted the founder of the Anfi Group, recently deceased Björn Lyng, "There is no need to think about small projects, you always have to think big; because only big projects touch the soul of people." |

The facilities at Anfi Tauro Golf already include a par 3 Pitch & Putt, a Driving Range and Putting Green, and the remaining 9 holes of the championship course will be opened in the first half of 2007, together with the Club House.
