General :
The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms for your party's use. AWelcome Packis supplied, which contains essential’ items should you be arriving at a time where shops may not be open. The villa will be cleaned and ready for you. The bed lining is changed on a weekly basis. We have locally situated English and English speaking people who are a phone call away and will attend to any query you may have. Their details, along with full information are given to any customer booking ‘Information Pack’.
Entertainment :
The villa has satellite television with DVD player a large collection of DVD films are there for your pleasure. A music system is also on site with a varied collection of CDs for all tastes.
Eating & Living :
Because of the excellent climate, you will find yourselves dining on the large patio area, overlooking the gardens and solar heated swimming pool. With a gas BBQ on site and subtle outside garden lighting, many pleasant evenings are spent here. On cooler days or evenings, the dining room inside can be used.
Utility Room:
Here you will find the front loading washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes drier.
Sleeping:
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. The villa is equipped with a sofa bed, which will allow for another 2 persons.Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite:
Main bedroom with queen size double bed, built-in wardrobes, various large wooden draw units with matching bedside cabinets with reading lamps.
En-Suite:
Twin hand basins, toilet, bidet and shower.
Bedroom 2:
Double bed, built-in wardrobes, large pine drawer unit and matching bedside cabinets with reading lamps.
Bedroom 3:
Twin beds, large beech style wardrobes, drawer units and bedside cabinets with reading lamps.
Main Bathroom:
Bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.
Kitchen:
To prepare your food you will find a modern array of units and granite work surfaces. Large sink unit, cooker/oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender. An abundance of glassware, cooking utensils, crockery and dishes are available.
Outside:
The large gardens contain an abundance of plants and flowers with lawn areas for sun-bathing. The large swimming pool measures 24ft x 14ft with an average depth of 1.2metres. The pool is solar powered and kept to the average temperature is 29-30 degrees in summer months and the average is 22-26 degrees in winter months for all year swimming and enjoyment. There is also a poolside shower.
Lounge Area:
The large lounge area incorporates a beautiful corner sofa unit. There is a TV and DVD system where you will find a large collection of the latest films and DVD collections.
The air-conditioning unit and large ceiling fan will ensure that a cool breeze is always felt. From the lounge you may enter the dining area or the kitchen or exit through the large patio doors onto the main patio area that overlooks the swimming pool and gardens
Dining Area
Equipped with a large glass table and 6 chairs, and a serving hatch links to the kitchen. There is a large ceiling fan. The patio doors allow you to exit to the rear patio area and rear garden areas.
